Camperdown Warehouse Sold for $1.25 Million

An older style warehouse with redevelopment potential (STCA) at Camperdown in Sydney’s inner north-west has been sold by Ray White Commercial Inner West for $1.25 million.

The two level brick warehouse at 115 Salisbury Road, Camperdown, was sold to a local investor by Ray White Commercial Inner West Principal Tim Morrison on behalf of a private investor.

Tim Morrison said the building is located on a prominent corner position and was offered for sale as a vacant possession.

“The property on a land area of approximately 250 sqm benefits from a 13m street frontage and is ripe for refurbishment, redevelopment or conversion,” he said.

“The property has a floor area of approximately 425 sqm and is zoned B1, allowing for a variety of uses such as a child care centre, bed and breakfast, student accommodation or shop top housing.

“The new owner is looking to lease the property.

“The site is situated on the western fringe of the Sydney CBD and is well serviced by public transport.”
